ARCAS: Wildlife Medicine and Rehabilitation - This summer program offers veterinary nursing students the opportunity to gain experience in wildlife rescue and rehabilitation at one of the largest and most complex rescue centers in the world.
Rakuno Gakuen University - This 2-week program takes place in June and offers the opportunity for students to participate in clinical rotations as well as lectures and be exposed to different approaches of veterinary medicine in Japan.
Global Perspectives in VT - This program seeks to introduce students to the intricacies of veterinary medicine practice in Zimbabwe, focusing on exploring the contrasts in urban, livestock, and wildlife veterinary medicine.
Pathobiology of Native Brazilian Wildlife: A One Health Approach - Located at the beautiful Iguazu Falls, this exchange program is designed to provide veterinary students hands-on experience in wildlife medicine, using the socially and environmentally comprehensive One Health approach.
Conservation and Exotic Pet Medicine and Surgery - This 3-week program alternates between Czechia and Hungary each summer. Students will be exposed to primary and referral exotic pet care daily as well as conservation and clinical medicine in rotations through a large metropolitan zoo.

VetX Wildlife Capture and Care - This 2 or 3 week program is partnered with the Umkhondo Big5 Wildlife Project. Students will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands on experience in wildlife capture and veterinary procedures in South Africa. The program allows up-close experiences with lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and many other species.
4th Year Clinical Rotation in Small Animal Medicine in Switzerland - This 3-week study abroad program is designed for 6 veterinary students in the fourth year of their program. This is a clinical rotation for the senior veterinary students in internal medicine involving 2 veterinary teaching hospitals at the University of Bern and the University of Zurich and 3 private veterinary clinics in the region.
