How can I tell if my mare is pregnant?
Pregnancy can be detected by ultrasound as early as 11 days after ovulation. Regular veterinary examinations are important to confirm and monitor pregnancy.

What should I do if my foal is not nursing?
It's crucial for the foal to receive the mare's first milk or colostrum. If the foal is not nursing, contact your veterinarian immediately.
