Today we share appreciation for Katie Beard, RVT, veterinary technologist supervisor in Small Animal Internal Medicine in the Purdue University Veterinary Hospital. A student nominated Katie stating, “She always takes the time to ask how I’m doing and whether I need help. She is a fantastic teacher and leader. She also goes out of her way to make sure students take breaks for lunch and protect their well-being.”
