Exhibitors

Connect with over 1,000 veterinary professionals at the annual Purdue Veterinary Conference, held on Purdue’s campus in West Lafayette, Indiana. The Exhibit Hall mixer will provide quality time for interaction with conference attendees. Participants may receive up to two (2) hours of CE credit for time spent in the exhibit hall.

The Exhibit Hall fills up quickly and booths are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibit Hall Hours

The 2025 Exhibit Hall hours are on Wednesday, September 17 and Thursday, September 18 in the Purdue Memorial Union South Ballroom. Set-up options are Tuesday, September 16 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. or Wednesday, September 17 from 7:30-9:30 a.m.

Connect Digitally

This year we will continue to be paper free! All conference guests will be encouraged to use the conference app supported through the Whova platform to track their sessions. This will give you additional access to connect with conference guests! There is no additional fee for your presence on the app.

Exhibitor Pricing

Double Booth: Spaces are 16’ x 8’ and are $2,000. This option includes four booth representatives.
Single Booth: Spaces are 8’ x 8’ and are $1,000. This option includes two booth representatives.
Booth Electricity: $50
Additional Booth Representative: $150
