Apply to Boiler Vet Camp

Purdue University utilizes a common registration platform, Boiler Base, for our summer camps. Since are camps are traditionally attended by minors, then parents/guardians will need to establish an account within Boiler Base as part of the application process. We will receive all application materials via Boiler Base. In addition, all communications will come from Boiler Base regarding application submission confirmation and application decisions once these are published. Following this, all final camper participation documents (required only of those who are admitted to campus). It is very important that parents/legal guardians and the camper watch their email for the communications shared via Boiler Base. You will also be able to return to Boiler Base (using your account credentials) at any point to check on BVC communications.

As a reminder, the application deadline ends at 11:59 PM EST on February 2, 2025. Our BVC team will begin reviewing all the submitted applications and it is our intent to share admissions decisions by late February. The camp application includes 3 short essay questions in which the selection committee will partly base the admissions decision. If admitted to camp, you will be required to submit final information and camp fee payment by April 1st.

We will develop a BVC alternate camper waitlist. If admitted campers do not accept their camper position or they do not pay their camper fee by the deadline, we will then move to our camper waitlist. Thank you for applying and we wish you the best of luck in the application process.
