Dr. Wendt is a nationally recognized cancer biologist and educator whose career reflects excellence in research, mentorship, and academic leadership. With nearly a decade of impactful service at Purdue, he has contributed to graduate education, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary collaboration, supported by more than $13 million in extramural research funding.
