Fees for sample collection when the entire body or portions are submitted to the ADDL for additional testing or processing.
Level 1 Tissue Collection - $18.50 Ex.: small animals less than 200 pounds, quick, easy removal.
Level 2 Tissue Collection - $36.50 Ex.: any size animal, minimally labor intensive.
Level 3 Tissue Collection - $60.50 Ex.: large animals greater than 200 pounds; brain removal (any animal); multiple tissues from the same animal; labor intensive.
Special procedures may necessitate additional time.
