Animals, just like their human counterparts, suffer from heart disease which can have serious and sometimes fatal consequences. While it's possible for a pet to live for many years without showing symptoms, heart disease will progress over time and affect other organs as well. A pet that has an individual treatment plan focused on heart health stands to have a longer and more comfortable life than one without.
We offer an array of cardiology services for animals large and small, including a cardiology extension service for veterinarians in the Indianapolis area. Our goal with the cardiology extension service is to provide veterinarians with a comprehensive, individualized written assessment on-site, including diagnosis and findings, recommendations for additional testing that should be done, and any treatments and medications that are recommended for their case.
In case of after-hours emergencies, please call the closest veterinary emergency center or call us at 765-496-1107.

Your donation could help a dog like Honey, a 5-year-old Cavalier King Charles spaniel who was diagnosed with an abnormally slow heart rate just weeks after moving to her adoptive home.
Honey's loving adopters brought her to the Purdue University Veterinary Teaching Hospital to get a pacemaker which would allow her heart to beat faster and improve her quality of life. Even though her owners were dedicated and wanted to help her, they were not able to cover the entire cost of such an advanced procedure.
Honey received financial assistance for this life-saving tratment from our specially trained cardiologists. Honey's story has a happy ending. She lives a happy and healthy life with her new family thanks to donations from individuals like you.
