Welcome to the Dr. Skip Jackson Dog Jog 5K Fun Run / Walk
The student-run Dr. Skip Jackson Dog Jog is a 5K run / walk that attracts faculty, staff, students, alumni, the local community, and their dogs. Check-in will begin at 7:00 a.m. with the race starting at 8:00 a.m. from Lynn Hall and routing through campus on Saturday, September 21. Proceeds will go to the PetSafe Program and Priority 4 Paws (P4P). PetSafe is a community service offered by Purdue Veterinary Medicine to meet the short-term housing needs of pets whose owners are temporarily unable to provide care. Priority 4 Paws (P4P) is a shelter animal mobile care unit providing surgical services free-of-charge to Indiana animal shelters. Visit the race registration website to register today!
Once again the Dog Jog is partnering with area shelters to have adoptable dogs running in the race! There will be booths at the finish line to provide information about adoptions. Come run with us and find your new furry friend. All these dogs are looking for forever homes.
Human Registration = $30 (includes bib, participant t-shirt and finisher medal)
