  • statement of how participation in the program will help you attain your goals
• Research interest (choose from available research projects and mentors here or Purdue's areas of research emphasis)
• Summary of lab experience, if any (experience not required)
• CV or resume
• Copy of unofficial transcript

Letters of recommendation are not needed.
