We’d like to give a big “paws up” to Dr. Rachel Illgen, who is a small animal rotating intern in the Purdue University Veterinary Hospital. A staff member highlighted Dr. Illgen, sharing the following message, “Sincere thanks to Rachel Illgen for generously taking time out of her demanding intern schedule to serve as a panelist in a third-year veterinary course seminar. Her unique perspective as a veterinary intern, along with her thoughtful contributions, provided invaluable insight into end-of-life care for pets, as well as the emotional support of both their families and the veterinary professionals involved.”
Fostering a healthy work environment involves expressing appreciation and gratitude. Is there someone at PVM you would like to acknowledge today?
