In Memory: Linda Gail Houston, Former PVM Staff Member

The Purdue Veterinary Medicine family is saddened to learn of the passing of a former Purdue University Veterinary Hospital staff member, Linda Gail Houston, of Richmond, Texas, who died Monday, September 27 at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital.  She was 63. 

Born in Wabash, Ind., Linda attended Rossville Consolidated High School, graduating in 1976.  She was a familiar face in the Veterinary Hospital, working as a support staff member in the Small Animal Hospital for a number of years.  She also worked for the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office in Texas. 

A graveside funeral service was held Tuesday, October 5 at Fairview Cemetery in Tipton, Ind.  The Young-Nichols Funeral Home in Tipton handled arrangements.  Click here to view a complete obituary.
