Today we share words of appreciation for Laura Killian who is a receptionist with the Small Animal Hospital. A staff member nominated Laura stating, “Laura is always so helpful with the hospital clients. The clients seem to enjoy their conversations with her and she provides a feeling of comfort and belonging during their wait in the lobby. Laura continually finds ways to make the client’s experience welcoming. She always has a story to tell and provides a great listening ear.”
