Other Information: Ted Vlahos and I will be entering our fourth year of veterinary school and are seeking a third roommate to share our Lafayette townhouse. It’s a quick seven minute drive to both the vet school and the local dog park. The complex is very nice and features a large and semi-enclosed backyard, two car garage, dishwasher, friendly and responsible management, lots of space, and reasonable rent. We pay $342 a month and pets are welcome! Our four-legged roommates include Duke the Dachshund, Douglas the cat, and Huey the Shiba Inu mix— more furry friends are welcome to join the pack! Lease and move-in dates are flexible. You’re welcome to move in for the summer or in August. We’d be happy to store your belongings over summer vacation if you plan on waiting to move in at the start of the fall semester. We’d love to have you as our third roomie!

Contact Person: Megan Leese

Phone Number: 765-210-3933

Address: 3521 Thornhill Circle E

Monthly Rent: 425/person

Utilities: electric, no gas (except fireplace), wastewater/sewage, internet All electric (except gas fireplace) through Duke. Duke reports an average over the last 12 months of $164/mo (divided between 2). Gas is through Vectren was not used in the past 12 months. Wastewater/sewage: 25-30 (divided between 2) Internet: TBD, see below

Pets OK: Yes

Furnished: BR- unfurnished common areas-mostly furnished, see below

Other Information: rent is $425/mo, $425 deposit $200 non-refundable pet deposit per pet; $20 per month per pet unfortunately no "aggressive breeds" (I'm looking into which breeds specifically.) The 2nd bedroom is a decent size with walk in closet. There are 2 full bathrooms. A large kitchen with dining area, decent sized living room with gas fire place. Small patio out back. small unfenced but healthy back yard. Dishwasher. washer/dryer. attached 2 car garage with openers. I can furnish pretty much everything except the bedroom and the kitchen/dining room table/chairs (and could furnish a desk that we could use for a table). I have couch, chairs, TV/stand, coffee table, end tables, lights, kitchen supplies, and probably some other stuff I've forgotten.

Occupants: Me: I've been recently readmitted after a prolonged absence and will be joining the DVM Class of 2018 in May. I'm fairly laid back. I'm by no means a neat freak, but I can't handle "mess" that results in mold (especially moldy food) or making the house stink (leaving un-rinsed dishes for days). I tend to live in organized chaos, but I can limit the amount my "chaos" in the common areas. Norman: almost 10yo MN 55lb English lab (he was my teaching dog my freshman year). He is very well behaved, extremely laid back, and gets along well with anyone (human or animal) who wants to be friends. He may get overwhelmed by a hyper dog near his size or bigger, but he has always warmed up to them eventually. He would love to have a doggie roommate. He mostly ignores cats or lets them boss him around. Monty: 10ish? yo Male yellow bellied slider (he's an aquatic turtle)

Additional Comments: I just put a deposit down on the place and will be signing the lease on March 16th and moving in on the 17th. Because I just got started on it, I don't have internet set up yet or have anything worked out for it. I probably won't get TV or land line unless getting those things makes it cheaper or if you want them and want to pay the difference if it costs more. I'm looking for someone to move in April or May and to stay through the 2017/18 school year. I may consider a summer sublease and then getting someone else in August. Must be pet friendly. please e-mail me (I check my gmail more regularly than my purdue), txt or call. (I prefer texting because my phone is sub-optimal and it makes it difficult to hear.)

Contact Person: Megan Leese

Phone Number: 765-210-3933

Address: ??

Monthly Rent: <600

Utilities: ideally 600 or less/person/mo including utilities.definitely less if not within an easy bike ride

Pets OK: Yes

Furnished: Need to find a place (or roommate) with the major appliancesOther than that, I've got pretty much everything to furnish common areas except a dining room table and chairs (and have something that would work, it's just not very convenient).

Other Information: I've recently been readmitted and will be starting my 4th year in May. Currently live in Kokomo and would like to move to the area in March. Looking for a pet-friendly, 2 BR house (or posssibly a townhouse if it's wide enough) and/OR a roommate with a dog that doesn't need to be crated (see other occupants). I would need at least a tiny bit of something that resembles a yard so that I can let my dog out in the mornings while I get ready.

Occupants: Would like to have 1-3 roommates, gender-flexible.I'm 31 and will be finishing up my last year of vet school. I'm fairly laid back and tend to keep my room in organized chaos. I try to keep common areas more on the organized side of organized chaos.I have a very well behaved English Lab named Norman (he was my teaching dog years ago), but does have some separation anxiety. If he is left uncrated all alone (without doggy friends) he makes poor choices. If he's crated, he howls for the first couple months we live some where. If there's another dog in the house that is uncrated, he's totally fine.I also have an aquatic turtle named Monty.

Additional Comments: I'd love to find a place to sublease in March 2017 and then take over the lease (with new or same roommates) through May of 2018. If need be, I could possibly find a place in March, maybe pay March/April by myself and then have roommates join in May.If you have a place I could move into in March, or are looking for a roommate and a place to move in May, or know anyone who fits either of those descriptions, please let me know! e-mail or text is the best way to reach me.Thanks!
