Wabash Gets Well at PVM’s Small Animal Hospital

March 3, 2017 - Last week on a Tuesday night (February 21), just before midnight, Purdue Veterinary Medicine’s Small Animal Hospital received word that a dog had been hit by a car. This dog, named Wabash, suffered many injuries from the impact and was transported by police to the Purdue Animal Emergency Service. On arrival, the emergency and critical care team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians and students treated Wabash’s immediate injuries and provided pain relief for the animal.
