PVM Moves up in QS World University Rankings for Veterinary Science

The Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine moved up eight positions in a ranking by higher education data specialists, QS World University Rankings, of the top 50 universities in the world for veterinary science. Purdue is now 24th with an overall score of 81.4 on the rating scale. The rankings are based upon academic reputation, employer reputation and research impact. Among U.S. colleges of veterinary medicine, Purdue is 11th. The two universities that ranked at the top are UC Davis and Cornell. The highest ranking institution outside of the U.S. is the University of London's Royal Veterinary College, which ranked third.
