PVM Graduate Students Honored for Excellence in Teaching

The 18th Annual Celebration of Graduate Teaching Excellence, hosted by the Office of the Provost, Teaching Academy, Graduate School, and Center for Instructional Excellence, honored Purdue graduate students, including three from the College of Veterinary Medicine, Tuesday (April 26). The PVM graduate students were among those recognized for receiving the Teaching Academy Graduate Teaching Award:

  • Dr. Bryan Eason, Cardiology Resident, Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences
  • Saravana Kumar Kailasam Mani, Graduate Research Assistant, Department of Basic Medical Sciences
  • Mario F. Sola, Graduate Teaching Assistant – Anatomic Pathology, Department of Comparative Pathobiology

Also recognized at the event were recipients of the Graduate School Excellence in Teaching Award and graduate students who earned the Graduate Instructional Development Certificate, the Graduate Teacher Certificate, and the Advanced Graduate Teacher Certificate.
