Veterinary Practice Management Program Marks 25th Year with September Session

August 6, 2014

A quarter century ago, Purdue University led the way in business training for veterinary professionals by developing an innovative graduate-level management education program.  In September, the Veterinary Practice Management Program (VPMP) will begin teaching its 25th cohort of participants.  The first module, which covers human resources, will be held September 11-14.  There’s still time to join this 25th group of veterinary professionals and learn together from seasoned management faculty about the business side of veterinary medicine.  For more information and to register online for the 25th class, click here

The Veterinary Practice Management Program represents a collaboration between the Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine and the Krannert School of Management.  Designed to help all members of the veterinary team who have business decision-making responsibility- including veterinarians, veterinary technicians and technologists, and practice managers - the program also aims to foster more networking and interaction between colleagues, program faculty and alumni.  To learn more, and view a video with comments from students and alumni, visit the VPMP website.
