The videos are a combination of challenge and answer videos to encourage students to ask about veterinary medicine. The program is supported by the Science Education Partnership Award program of the National Institute of General Medical Sciences of the National Institutes of Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although\nthe program won\u2019t be able to deliver in-person lessons for the time being\nbecause of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. San Miguel hopes to reach students\nthrough the video series in an engaging way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI feel\nthat now, in this time of uncertainty, where routines have been disrupted, and\nkids can\u2019t go to school, it\u2019s more important than ever to give kids a vision of\nhope, and empower them with a mission to look forward to each day,\u201d Dr. San\nMiguel said. \u201cWe can all help out in our own way.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nonline series will continue for at least four more weeks.
