It’s a wonderful time to set new intentions for self-improvement and to incorporate a little more gratitude into your daily life. There are so many ways to practice gratitude, and just as many evidence-based reasons for doing so, such as improved stress management, increased happiness, and strengthened relationships. They are surrounded by patients and clients in need of extra special care, yet still they manage to keep their area positive. They are extremely good teachers and want to help students learn.”

Fostering a healthy work environment involves expressing appreciation and gratitude.
