Dean Willie Reed and the college\u2019s\nCanine Educators participated in\nthe Purdue Day of Giving Relay\nduring the 10th annual giving\nevent, which raised $1.45 million\nfor Purdue Veterinary Medicine\nthrough 226 gifts.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Fiscal year 2022-23 was another incredible showing of love and loyalty from alumni, clients, and friends of the College of Veterinary Medicine! The third consecutive year of philanthropic support totaling over $20 million demonstrates that the college’s mission to advance global animal and human health and well-being through excellence in learning, discovery, and engagement is a meaningful cause to join. The college is grateful for this support and the opportunity to utilize this investment to move the world forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlights from the past year include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Establishment of the new Evan and Sue Ann Werling Comparative Oncology Research Center<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Creation of the new Raj and Melissa Singh Veterinary Dentistry Professorship<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Multiple investments in the future of the Purdue University Veterinary Hospital\u2019s Cardiology Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sizable scholarship endowments to significantly decrease student debt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Continued support to assist in providing state-of-the-art equipment for the Veterinary Hospital<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
