Dear PVM Fall Conference Exhibitors,
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine’s Fall Conference.
The Exhibit Hall will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 9/10/14, and 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.Thursday, 9/11/14, of the conference.
NOTE: Act Fast before all of the 2014 EXHIBITOR BOOTHS ARE FILLED.
Single booth spaces are 8’ x 8’ and are $700.00
Double booth spaces are 16’ x 8’ and are $950.00.
Electrical Service to your Booth is $15.00
Boxed Lunch $12.00
Exhibitor Demonstration $175.00
New this Year:
Exhibitor Demonstrations will be offered during conference breaks and lunch time on the North Ballroom Stage. Each demonstration will be fifteen (15) minutes long. This is your chance to showcase an item or your company. Exhibitor Demonstrations are $175/each. You may select available times when you register.
New this Year:
Door prizes will be given to encourage conference attendees to visit the Exhibit Hall. Vendors can donate one item or more (items such as iPads or e-readers are suggested). Each conference attendee will be given one ticket to place in a participating exhibitor's drawing. Attendees will have to visit the specific booth to enter their ticket for the prize. A list of giveaways, exhibitor name, and booth numbers will be listen in the conference program. Winners will be announced during the Mixer on Thursday evening.

New this Year:
The Exhibit Hall will be open during the annual MIXER, Thursday, September 11th from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. The MIXER is held in the Purdue Memorial Union North and South Ballrooms. This is your opportunity to mix and mingle with PVM Alumni, Faculty, Staff and Students. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be available. Door prizes will be announced! Sponsorships are still available for this event. Sponsors will receive additional recognition and drink tickets to distribute to booth visitors.

The annual conference is designed to provide Continuing Education (CE) opportunities for the entire veterinary team. All conference sessions and special events will be held at various Purdue campus locations in West Lafayette, IN. The conference serves over 1000 attendees from Indiana and surrounding states.

Exhibit Hall Set Up and Tear Down
- Exhibitor Hours and Set Up
The Exhibit Hall will be open on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 11, 2014, from 7:00am – 7:00pm in the PMU North and South Ballrooms. Booth set up will be available on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 8:00 am – 5:00pm. Exhibitors must check in prior to set-up at the Exhibitor marked window in the conference registration area, East Foyer of Stewart Center. For security purposes, the exhibit area will be locked during non-business hours. Purdue students will be available to assist with moving items into the Ballrooms from 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.on Wednesday, September 10th. If you wish to mail your items ahead of time, you may do so at no additional cost.

- Tear Down
You may begin tearing down your booth on Thursday, September 11th after 7:00 p.m. Exhibitors must have their booths completely torn down by Thursday, September 11th at 9:00 p.m. Exhibitor booths will not be open on Friday, September 12, 2014.
- Unloading and Parking
Exhibitors can unload their displays at the ground level elevator on the west side of the Purdue memorial Union (between the Purdue memorial Union and Stewart Center.) A current map will be emailed closer to the program. Please note that you will need to move your vehicle once you are unloaded. Staff will be available with carts to assist with unloading from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.on Tuesday, September 9th. After unloading you may park in the Grant Street Parking Garage. Grant Street Parking passes are included with your initial booth cost. (1 pass/Single booth, 2 passes/Double Booth). Please make sure your pass is displayed in the front lower middle section of your windshield. To access the garage you will swipe the parking pass barcode when you enter and exit the garage.
