IS YOUR RESPONSIBLITY TO
CONTACT ADMISSIONS AND REQUEST A
DEFERMENT.
WHAT IF
I AM NOT ADMITTED?
Students must meet the
pre-requisite requirements for Admission to Purdue University and
the Associate of Science Degree in Veterinary Technology (Distance
Learning).
The Office of Admissions
can advise a student on academic deficiencies, encumbrances on their
record from previous college work, or other reasons that may need
to be resolved before a student can be admitted to Purdue University
and the Associate Degree program.
If you
need to take a break from the program for a semester (fall or spring)
and are in good academic standing, you may do so. However, prior to
registering for the semester in which you wish to return, you will need
to submit a re-entry application to the Office of Admissions. This simply
reactivates your file with Purdue University and will allow us to register
you for classes. You may download this form by clicking on this link:

no fee to pay so you may fax the completed application to the Office
