Plaque Information
	A gift of $1,500.00 provides a large 8 x 10 bronze plaque inscribed with up to 15 lines of text plus an etched photo image. A gift of $750.00 provides a medium 4 x 6 bronze plaque inscribed with up to 4 lines of text plus an etched photo image.


A gift of $250.00 provides a small 3.5 x 2 bronze plaque inscribed with a maximum of 3 lines; no photo image available for this selection.


Plaques will be inscribed using proper case letters and numbers. Text will be subject to editing. Photo must be provided in a digital format and with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. An order confirmation will be sent prior to production.
