Welcome Purdue Veterinary Medicine 2013 Fall Conference Exhibitors
Dear PVM Fall Conference Exhibitors,
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine’s Fall Conference.
The Exhibit Hall will be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm on both Wednesday 9/11/13 and Thursday 9/12/13 of the conference.
We are implementing a new registration system that will make all of our processes streamlined. Until that registration system is live, we would like to give you the opportunity to reserve a booth. If you would like a booth at this year’s conference, please email Marti Burns mhburns@purdue.edu or call 765-494-0611 and we will reserve a booth in your name, then we will let you know as soon as the registration is available for payment and booth confirmation.
The exhibit hall fills up very quickly and Exhibitor booths are reserved on a first come basis.
Single booth spaces are 8’ x 8’ and are $625.00
Double booth spaces are 16’ x 8’ and are $850.00.
We hope you can join us for the Purdue Veterinary Medicine 2013 Fall Conference on Purdue’s campus in West Lafayette, IN. This is an exciting year at Purdue Veterinary Medicine and the 2013 conference will offer new speakers, workshops and special events including a celebration for the first 50thAnniversary Class – Class of 1963. A schedule change to note this year is that the Medicine Mixer and Auction will be held on Thursday evening, September 12. In addition, Purdue Veterinary Medicine is the official sponsor of the Purdue vs. Notre Dame football game on Saturday, September 14. There will be an opportunity to purchase tickets at a special group rate and Purdue Veterinary Medicine alumni and friends are invited to a pre-game tailgate.
The annual conference is designed to provide Continuing Education (CE) opportunities for the entire veterinary team. All conference sessions and special events will be held at various Purdue campus locations in West Lafayette, IN. The conference serves over 1000 attendees from Indiana and surrounding states.
You won’t want to miss anything, so be sure to explore all the conference has to offer.
