Troubleshooting for Google Chrome users: By default, the Chrome browser uses its own integrated PDF viewer which does not work with secure PDF files. To fix this, switch to the Adobe PDF viewer by following the 3 simple steps below.
- In the Chrome address bar, type: chrome://plugins
- Disable Chrome PDF Viewer.
- Enable the Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Reader plugin.
